Every morning on Lifetime TV, these People Of Darkness blatantly violate the Hatha Yoga of the Hindus. After the workout section, they "sell" a "yoga cool down" by "yoga experts." Some of these "experts" tout their credentials which consist of teaching "yoga" to famous people. Of course, since these "experts" are not qualified Hindus; and, of course, they do not teach Hatha (the proper prefix) Yoga within its proper Hindu context, it is just more phony yoga. Actually within real Yoga/Hinduism, Hindus pray: Asato ma sad gamaya (Lead me from the unreal/phony to the real). Asato yoga ma sad yoga gamaya!
