Every Sunday morning at 10:30 we have Bhakti Yoga~Puja~Satsang~Upadesh. All new students need to come to this service in order to learn about other classes.
Of course, we teach real Yoga; i.e., Hinduism and all its classic Yogas. BTW, Hatha Yoga is merely one apsect of the classic Hindu/Yogas.
DRESS CODE: Since this is real Yoga/Hinduism, please come to the Ashram dressed appropriately for a religious gathering. No shorts or jeans. Women dress in tasteful long dresses (or Sari) or loose pants. No tightfitting and revealing attire. Men dress in Indian dress or comfortable dress pants and shirt.
CYHA is among the few that teach authentic Yoga. If you do not want real Yoga/Hinduism, this is not for you. |
