Dharma Yoga Ashram is open daily from 6:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. Daily puja is at 6:30 a.m. & p.m. You are welcome to come anytime and simply sit and enjoy the peace of the Ashram/Mandir.
Every Saturday and Sunday morning at 9 a.m., we have Hatha Yoga; at 10:30 we have Bhakti Yoga~Puja~Satsang~Upadesh. All new students need to come to this service in order to learn about other classes.
Of course, we teach real Yoga; i.e., Hinduism and all its classic Yogas. BTW, Hatha Yoga is merely one apsect of the classic Hindu/Yogas.
DRESS CODE: Since this is real Yoga/Hinduism, please come to the Ashram dressed appropriately for a religious gathering. No shorts or jeans. Women dress in tasteful long dresses (or Sari) or loose pants. No tightfitting and revealing attire. Men dress in Indian dress or comfortable dress pants and shirt.
Please respect that this is real Yoga; in other words, the teachings and practices of Hindu Dharma. |
